The Poggio Estate extends over about 40 hectares surface, on the sweet slopes of the Pisan hills leaning on the Tyrrhenian coast.
The vineyard is cultivated through organic methods, according to the natural agriculture’s philosophy and it embodies a major landmark for several research projects aiming at saving and integrating the human being-plant-animal balance.
A villa dating back to the nineteenth century is located in the estate’s centre on a hill (the “poggio”) and it’s provided with some farmhouses which make up the farm and hospitality core, where guests can spend holidays surrounded by one of the most important vineyards of  Chianti.
The house is made up of three buildings: the main villa and two guest houses. The flats have been built according to the Tuscan style but they have been furnished under the supervision of the best designers, who have chosen exclusive furniture, taking care of details, and creating harmony between colours and fabrics.
Spending holidays in Poggio Estate means being guests of a family who has put their magnificent manor house and a swimming pool (16mx8m), set in a 40 hectares vineyard, at your disposal.

This apartment (ground floor)  is set in the main Villa and is a perfect romantic hideway.
Furnished with soft colour elegant pieces, is the good choice for those searching for high level finish, comfort and stylishness. Particular attention must be given to the master double bedroom with a magnificent four-poster bed, that can guest up to 3 persons, thanks to the sofa bed.
The apartment (57sq.mt) is very airy and  consists of large  dining room with kitchen unit,1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with  sofa-bed.
