The Poggio Estate extends over about 40 hectares surface, on the sweet slopes of the Pisan hills leaning on the Tyrrhenian coast.
The vineyard is cultivated through organic methods, according to the natural agriculture’s philosophy and it embodies a major landmark for several research projects aiming at saving and integrating the human being-plant-animal balance.
A villa dating back to the nineteenth century is located in the estate’s centre on a hill (the “poggio”) and it’s provided with some farmhouses which make up the farm and hospitality core, where guests can spend holidays surrounded by one of the most important vineyards of  Chianti.
The house is made up of three buildings: the main villa and two guest houses. The flats have been built according to the Tuscan style but they have been furnished under the supervision of the best designers, who have chosen exclusive furniture, taking care of details, and creating harmony between colours and fabrics.
Spending holidays in Poggio Estate means being guests of a family who has put their magnificent manor house and a swimming pool (16mx8m), set in a 40 hectares vineyard, at your disposal.

LADY
Delightful high-living apartment on the ground floor of one of the 2  independent houses of the estate Il Poggio.  Main entrance is into a hallway. A large arch on the right opens into a spacious living room with modern fireplace and TV-Sat; next to the living room another open arch leads to the kitchen-dining room that can comfortably sit 6 people. Through the glass door in the kitchen you have direct access to 58 sqm private terrace, ideal for either enjoying a meal or just gazing at the panorama. The bedrooms, (one master bedroom, one twin bedded room) are ample spaces and decorated in shades of peach and green. The matrimonial bedroom has an en-suite complete marble bathroom with shower.  Another WC/shower is at guests disposal.
The apartment sleeps in total up to 4 people.
By mean of a sound proof door, apartment Lady links to apartment Lord (first floor), making into a whole house called the Manor. It can host up to 8 people making the perfect solution for 2 families.
