It is a lovely apartment located on the first floor with stunning views from every window over the surrounding Tuscan countryside.  Located on the edge of this attractive hamlet the apartment has two bedrooms comfortably accommodating 4 people.
The house is accessed from the garden via a flight of stone steps.  A door on the left leads into the comfortably furnished lounge with sofa, TV and writing desk.  The main feature of the room is the brick built open fireplace.  The apartment has the traditional Tuscan terracotta tiled floors and tiled and beamed ceilings throughout.

At the far end of the lounge is the well equipped kitchen, which has fitted units with built in oven and gas hob above, a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. To one side there is a wooden dining table with four matching chairs.

To the right of the entrance hall are the two bedrooms one with double bed, the second has twin beds.  The bathroom has a WC, basin and shower.  Next to the bathroom is the utility/laundry room which is where the washing machine is located.

The apartment’s private garden, which has been planted with Mediterranean shrubs, flowers and several young olive trees, has a dining table and chairs -perfect for outdoor entertaining; there are also sunloungers and a parasol.  The hamlets shared swimming pool is only a few steps away.
